Muscle spasms Report

Muscle spasms and cramps are spontaneous, often painful muscle contractions. The rapid, uncontrolled contraction, or spasm, happens unexpectedly, with either no stimulation or some trivially small one. The muscle contraction and pain last for several minutes, and then slowly ease.
