About Me Diagnosed with depression in 1999. prescribed prozac. stopped taking it because i got pregnant with my second child. never went back on it. traumatic events led up to the depression coming back in 2006, and finally sought help in 2008; diagnosed with severe depression. i'm back on prozac, 40mg, and it is helping the depressive moods, but not helping the anxiety and other issues. for now, i'll keep on the track i'm on and address the other issues as i feel more comfortable with managing the depression. one doctor said they thought i could be bipolar; still looking into that.
