What is Ice or Cold Packs?

Ice is commonly used to alleviate pain and may be helpful to alleviate nausea and vertigo (dizziness). Ice or cold packs can be as simple as a towel filled with cubed or crushed ice or available with refrigerant gel or liquid that may require freezing or become cold when activated.
