- About Me
- I am a 26 year old mother with bipolar disorder. I am very excited to have found this site. I was diagnosed about a year ago, but until recently, I have done very little to educate myself or my family on this disorder. However, I have learned that the more I learn, the better I am at handling my mood swings. I am trying to find ways to educate my husband but I am having a bit of a hard time.
