I am currently withdrawing from drugs ... it started July 12 when I had to withdraw from Zyprexa due to muscle spasms ... but then it got complicated by becoming dependent on (a small!) amount of valium for sleep & then having severe reactions to taking anti-ds ... I kind of gave up keeping my Instant Me as it was just too negative all the time but I have come back to PLM to at least share a few things with other's here ... the main & most positive thing to occur is that I have re-established my relationship with God which has enabled me to access to deep peace & love.
