- Hi my name is Pete I live in southern Va. I am retired from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. due to MS.I retired in april 2005 after being dx march 2004 but thinking back I had problems long before but didn't realize anything was wrong just passed it off to fatique! I have always been very active in sports and never ever been sick until now. At the onset of this disease I was scared and every pain would really work on my brain and I would run to the hospital, now I have learned to deal with it better and know that the pain will pass.
