65 years old with heart & diabeates. Noticed getting weaker for the past year & half. Thought it was just "Old age" at first but it got worse to the point I could not persue my hobby of "Street Rod" building. HAD to find a reason, but really did not like what I found. It has taken away my freedom. I now have the added pain of seeing my great & wonderful wife of 45 years doing things I always did. I think that hurts MORE than the ALS does. We are crossing each bridge as it comes and are thankful for each day HE gives us, I guess he likes clowns. As of Oct 4th, 2009 I have given up driveing.
