My name is Chris Poniecki and come from Poland. I am married with a wonderfull woman Malgorzata who is my caregiver. We have 2 children: boy (15) and girl (14). In my previous life I was very active person: swimming, biking,skiing,windsurfing. I have rather slow progression of MND named "flail arm" but unfortunately my legs are already affected.
