About Me
I am a 58-year-old woman currently still working full time as an agricultural research tech for USDA. My daughter and son-in-law are my CALS. We just bought a big house, which my kids have renovated, and it has something for everyone. I'm in love with my granddaughters. Daily life is a struggle; I don't walk or stand and have no hand function, but I can read, eat, breathe and talk. I find a lot to laugh about. ALS has opened my eyes to what is really important: family and friends and the knowledge that this moment is all any of us have.
