Hi! I'm Katrina. I've been suffering from fibro symptoms for as long as I can remember. The symptoms I've found for juvenile fibro are all things I dealt with growing up and didn't know was not normal as my mom has undiagnosed fibro too. Over the years I've learned to live with the pain, but I just cannot figure out how to "just live with" the fatigue that seems to be getting worse over the past 7-12. I am lucky enough to have found the most wonderful man who is more supportive than I could have hoped! I am currently taking meds to help me stay asleep at night and try for restful sleep but really don't like taking medications so I am doing what I can to find those lifestyle changes and natural supplements that will help me live a full, active and happy life! I am open to suggestions and recommendations - despite living with this for years, I've only known about fibro for less than a year...
