retired female after many years as civil servant to beloved veterans of USA. Husband has parkinson's and diabetic neuropathy and seems to be in the late stages of parkinson's. looking for some info on how to cope with difficulty of taking care of his needs. he sleeps a lot, cannot walk without help and a walker, cannot stand alone, has problems with incontinence. cannot be left alone. have 2 sons who live next door but cannot always depend on them for relief in caring for their father.
