My name is Patty Rowe, I’m a native Californian living in South Alabama with my husband of 20 years and my 3 children, 4 dogs, 5 cats, fish and a snake! I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in September of 2009, although I’ve had all the telltale symptoms since 2004. It’s good to have a name to the madness, but it’s not a good name at all. I stopped working May of 2009. I was a restaurant manager making 30k a year. It’s hard not to have that income anymore, but we get by.
(Update): I started LDN (low-dose naltrexone) on May 6th 2010, and my physical and emotional life have immensely improved!
