I'm a soon to be 53yr. young in spirit but old in body woman. Besides being afflicted w/ fibromyalgia, I am also a recovering drug addict and alcoholic so I have to be very careful when using anything for pain. My Shrink has put me on 8mg of Suboxone 3x a day for opiate cravings but I lucked out because even though it is not FDA approved as a pain med, it does wonders. I tried Lyrica and ended up in hospital, the MD's had me listed as possible kidney, liver or heart failure due to extreme swelling in my extremities. Thank God for the Suboxone as it is helping 2 afflictions w/ one med. Nancy
