http://www.niamhbrown.com I suffer from a neuro-muscular disease called Fibromyalgia and ME. The main symptoms of which are chronic pain and fatigue, a hyper-sensitive nervous system, with a sleep disorder thrown in for fun. I try not to let this condition define me though and since taking up this stance it has had less of a hold on my life.
