I live in Sydney, Australia and previously in South Africa. I am 'retired' from a busy career in printing. I was a compositor (typesetter) and it has been suggested that my Parkinson's may have come as a result to exposure to the lead in type? I play with vintage motorbikes and currently own a Henderson 4 cylinder 1918 model which took me 14 months to restore. I have also discovered painting as a relaxing pastime and have recently had an exhibition. Since 2004 and having Parkinson's, I am fortunate to not have hand tremor. This allows me to carry on with my hobbies; bikes & painting.
