I think I was born with Fibromyalgia! I was born in Glasgow, Scotland in 1946 just as the war ended. My mother had 26 Boils and fell on the Rail road tracts with me in her utrus. Dad, was in India, with the British Army as a sargent, in the Medical Corp. He later became a Pathologist, MD. Any way, Mother definately was stressed out, and while being born in the ward, the Nurse pushed me back inside my Mother, as she would not get credit for the delivery unless I was in the delivery room. This may have led to my tendon on the back of my left leg being broken or developed to short. Any way, I didn't walk until I was Five after 7 major operations. In addition to all this, I was born with Exzema all over my body and was wrapped in bandages all over my body for one year, plus a boot for my leg. Before we left Scotland when I was 9 years old, I almost died three times. One of those times I was in the Childrens Hospital, in Glasgow, and was not allowed ANY VISITORS. Even my Family! This was at 6 and my lung collapsed. Well, there is alot more to say but I'll Fill in as we go along! This is quite a Journey! You can see where I'm going with all this. I have researched Fibromyalgia and CFS for many years and the Lord as led me to a great underestanding of this SYNDROME. If you feel I can be of some help to you please let me know. I beleive all these symptoms are all connected and relate to our thinknig, and the brain. Also, all of us with a " Prefectionest Personality " tend to have these symptoms. We stuff everythiing down instead of saying what we feel. It's like your brain is sayinng, " don't think ablout this, I'll send some "pain" to your backso you don't have to deal with all of this. Then sure enough your back starts to hurt. If I think of some symptom it will manifest itself at that moment. INTERESTING?? Will send picture soon. Thankyou for taking the time to read this part of my story. Looking forward to hearing from you all.
