I'm currently 41, have 2 children, 5 and 13 and have been happily married for 20 years.
Before this bout of fatigue I would've described myself as very healthy. I exercised regularly, eat well, loved to run long distances and ride my bike. I did a 10-mile run in 2004 and 2005. Currently I can do light activity without getting too taxed, but anything moderate leaves me feeling weak, shaky, out of breath and occasionally cold like I have chills.
Lately I've been doing light yoga and it's been helping, as long as I don't overdue it. It seems like 20-25 minutes is my max.
