- I recently moved to Georgia from Upstate New York, mainly for the milder winters! I am in my 14th diagnosed year of Parkinson's and I am a very grateful person. I refer to my Parkinson's as JOE PARKER and I have done so since the 2nd year of having IT as a visitor.
