Married to my soulmate, Steve...2 wonderful kids (grownups now), Jason annd Jennifer. I worked in public health for 21 years as a nutrition counselor - teaching pregnant women and new moms about healthy eating. I am learning to live and do everything at a MUCH slower pace now!
