- I have been diagnosed with MSA P and MSA C in 2007. I am at a ten year milestone. I have only D.O and psychiatrist care. My neurologist is now in prison...:( I will be evaluated by Jefferson University in Philadelphia shortly. I have upper neuron and extrapyramidal sign, hypomimia and meige's syndrome.
