I started life as a pharmaceuticl chemist. I became extremely ill in 1974 with MCS which was unknown and not medically treatable. I spent the next decades studying and researching holistic solutions to the extreme health problems and moved a dozen times trying to find a truly safe environment, always relocating to very rural areas. I became a massage therapist and wellness practitioner, successfully helping many in the "normal" population with pain and illness. In the 1980's I developed CFS. I would like to be able to share my decades of knowledge with other sufferers of chronic illness

   Mary Pacholke was working as a research chemist for G D Searle when toxic and chemical exposures rendered her health extremely compromised.   She radically altered her external environment by moving from Chicago to northern Minnesota.  Constantly searching for the solution to her health problems, she discovered a book linking "allergies" to low blood sugar, and pain to vitamin and mineral deficiencies caused by liver stress.   She gave nutrition a chance and with the change of internal and external environments enjoyed a nearly complete recovery.            

          Inspired by the success of the alternative approach to her own health, as well as the success of bringing back to wellness a man given less than 2 months to live with stomach cancer, she embarked wholeheartly in furthering her studies of the alternatives.   She went to Calgary Alberta, Canada to study medical  massage  with the Northern Institute of Massage, out of London England,   She was certified with the London and Counties Society of Physiotherapists.    While in Canada, she also studied many alternatives including Nutrition, Iridology,  Herbology, Reflexology and Sciatsu with the Wild Rose College of Natural Healing.

     Returning to Minnesota, she continued her studies in Minneapolis MN   She studied Nutrition also with Dr John Ray, MD, Jeffrey Bland, PhD, Bemidji State University, Wild Rose College of Natural Healing.  She studied Body Electonics with Dr John Ray, also studied with the Healing Rays Center and Turtle Island Holistic Community,  both in Mpls, MN.   She has studied Touch for Health, Reike Healing, ETF and numerous others.

    She continues to research chronic conditions, keeping abreast of new findings in the medical as well as the Holistic communities.  After very many relocations, she now lives in the eastern foothills of the Sierra Nevada in Nevada, the safest environment she has found in 35 years of searching.

    In the spring and summer, she works with the health of hikers hiking the Pacific Crest Trail, including that of her husband Billy Goat, who at age 70 is on the trail 6 months or more each year.
