- My name is Mike from London,Ont. I am 48 yrs old.I was dxd with fibromyalgia in Jan/09. I experience all of the symptoms head to toe, the muscle spasms/tremors,joint and muscle pain. I have 3 permanent impairments, all from work. My bilateral forearms, elbows and wrists, low back and both shoulders(torn rotator cuff both sides). The fibro was brought on by trauma's from work.
