- I had no problems at all until May 2007 when I developed erectile dysfunction followed soon after by urgency of micturition. I started with dizziness and symptoms of hypotension on standing in June 2009 this led to the diagnosis. I have a mild tremor (postural) affecting mainly the left hand. I feel much worse in the morning.
