I typically function on a very high/normal level. Been dealing with junk for 23 years and have pretty much learned the ropes, but ocassionally I stumble, and when I do, always wait too long to reach out for help. This time is no different. Maybe I will get back on meds and stay on for a while. I hate this feeling.
