I was DX with ALS on May 29, '09. Divorced and no kids. Have Bulbar onset, starting Nov. - Dec. '08. I used to be a musician, and mainframe computer programmer. I was raised in E. Tenn., and lived in NW Georgia a few yrs. and now am in a nursing home north of Knoxville. About 40 years ago, was stationed in Thailand for a year.
