About Me
I have had MS for 32 plus years. I was R/R from 1976 until June 2005, when a severe relapse hit me out of the blue and left me wheelchair-bound. As I was having a relapse approximately once a month, my neurologist upgraded my DX to SPMS With relapses. I testified (via videotape) before the FDA AC in March 2006 along with other MS patients in an effort to bring Tysabri back for those of us who wanted and needed it so desperately. I have been on Tysabri therapy since October 2006, and I have been relapse free since that time with no disease progression. My MS is now stable. Woo hoo!
