My name is Chris. I have been married to a wonderful lady since 1990 and we have one daughter. My wife has lupus and I think Fibro, but has never been tested for it. She and I have a lot of the same ailments, so we both know and understand how the other feels and what the other is going through. It is a bad day when we are both ill.

My pains started in 1995, when I hurt my lower back doing T-bar curls at the gym. My health has gone down hill from there. I have suffered from gout in my feet, migraines, vertigo, dizziness,soreness, body aches and pains all over my body, fainting, fatigue, anxiety, depression, trouble focusing, forgetfulness, IBS, stiffness, insomnia, all the fibro symptoms. Over the years I have see many doctors and specialists but was never checked for fibro. When I was given lyrica for pain in my shoulder, my wife told me they give that to people who have fibro. I looked fibro up on my computer and found I had all the symptoms, so I asked the specialists I was seeing if I might have fibro, He said I might and referred me to a rheumatologist that diagnosed me with fibro.
