About Me
Tremors and insomnia, insomnia and tremors, chicken or egg... then came the slowly creeping fogginess and depression that was like falling down a vast staircase in slow-motion. My diagnosis of PD was both a huge relief and utterly terrifying. But, the depression that'd gotten to a really ugly stage VANISHED in the 1st 2 weeks of levadopa treatment and hasn't returned. But I've def. gone through the grieving process. Anger and denial can cling like hell's own velcro. My PD is likely due to long-term toxin/pesticide/metal vapour exposures. But there's truth in the cliché-ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING!
