I am a very optimistic person and try to live life to the full. Went through a six month period of depression after being diagnosed. Then went on a life style management programme which boasted my moral and changed my outlook completely. I learnt about pacing and planning, positive thinking, exercise programme, belly breathing, relaxation and visulisation. I now keep a "love of life list". the list is made up of things i want to do while still able and enjoy ticking each item off but find I keep adding new things to the list.
