I was diagnosed with PD IN 2003. I did not take medicines for four years. I went for naturopathy and herbal medicines from India. About 2 years ago I had to start on medicines. First I was on Mirapex and then added sinemet. I have a husband and daughter 19 years old and a son 16 years old.
I have joined a non profit foundation Art Of Living.Org to find the purpose of life. The Sudershan Kriya (The rethymatic breathing technique) helps with my depression.Also Sri Sri Ravi Shankar(HUMANATERIAN,GURU, SPIRITUAL LEADER) gives me so much strength through his knowledge CDs and workshops.
