About Me: I'm 23 and have been dealing with anxiety for 5 years now. I've come a long way, but I still have my days. Times of transition have never been easy for me, and that's when my anxiety seems to show itself the most. I also have a phobia of hospitals and doctors, which stems from childhood experiences; using EMDR for that and so far it seems to be working. I graduated in May 2008 with my Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies and am in grad school now. It's really stressful, but somehow I manage. More…
