About Me: I was diagnosed with bipolar d/o in 2004 along with ADHD. I was born with OCD. Makes for a wild ride. I've had bipolar since I was 10. I went 24 years undiagnosed. I hate what the bipolar d/o does to me. It basically rips me to shreds. I rapid cycle in a bad way and I have mixed states. I'm not around a lot of people and feel isolated. I am looking to connect with others who can share, understand, and help me on my journey. This diagnosis is still hard to swallow and I still have to redefine myself sometimes. I get lost in me somewhere, sometimes.
