- Born in Paris, France, Married to my wife Pam in France in 1966, moved to Chicago Areas, Il until 1985. Moved to Flagstaff, Tucson, Az, then to Placitas, NM, Back to Scottsdale, AZ, then to Denver, CO where I got sick. Moved to Pensacola, Fl, Atlanta, GA, and finally here in Mexico, Near Guadalajara for the last 4 years. We have 2 children and 3 grandchildren. I have Autonomic Peripheral Neuropathy and Dysautonomia, MGUS, PAF is more likely then MSA-M which was diagnosed last July 07, but not confirmed by other Neurologists.
