- Born in Paris, France, Married my wife Pam in France in 1966, moved to Chicago Areas, Il until 1985. Moved to Flagstaff, Tucson, Az, then to Placitas, NM, Back to Scottsdale, AZ, then to Denver, CO where I got sick. Moved to Pensacola, Fl, Atlanta, GA, and finally here in Mexico, for the past 5 years. We have 2 children and 3 grandchildren. I have Autonomic Peripheral Neuropathy, MGUS. PAF is more likely then MSA-M which was diagnosed last July 07, but not confirmed by other Neurologists. Confirmed MGUS Neuropathy last month on top of everything else.
