- About Me
- I am a recovering Alcoholic, have been sober six years March 28, 2009. I was diganosed with PTSD in 1993, but today with prayer, meditation, and a major support group I no longer am on ANY medication. I love to write poetry which helps my mood swings on some occassions. For the most part, I am happy, but with Menopause the mood swings come without warning. I am a determined to be happy as much as possible, and with the use of the treatments listed on my page, I will be okay. I believe for the most part, " Happiness is a choice."
