Hi all, I am 46 years old, married for 22 yrs. and have two sons, My oldest is 21 and my youngest is 18. Iwas diagnosed with optic nueritis in 1998 and then quickly diagnosed with MS in about 2 weeks. I feel I have had MS even longer, but didn't know what was wrong with me. Am I the only one who kinda felt relieved after finding out what was actually going on with me? That I wasn't crazy? Anyways I'm a RN, but not working anymore, mostly due to fatigue but also because I don't want to kill anyone because I forgot something. But I miss it very much. I also lost my best buddy Bronson,11/08.
Bronson was a beautiful Brindle boxer who got sick way before his time with dilative Cardiomyopathy. Its taken me months to get over his loss and I can still be brought to tears talking about him. But come Spring I hope to get a new puppy, I think i'm ready to love another dog now. That sounds kinda creepy , huh? Oh well he was my best buddy and was with me everyday. He made me walk everyday too, which was another benefit. Anyone who has had a dog knows that they love you unconditionally and that is very hard to lose. So thanks for letting me vent, I hope I didn't bore you all too much. Trixiec1
