In the last 12 months I have been diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder and BiPolar I. I am fighting to manage my disease, but am having a great deal of difficulty. I also have a history of alcohol/drug abuse and Self Injury. I am a nurse but am currently on disability and attending school full time

Hi! I am a happily married (30 years) female with three grown children (27,25 and 23). I have alot of support from family and friends but struggle on a daily basis just to keep my head above water. I love being a nurse (10 years) and am currently working part time ona psych unit (go figure!). I have 5 cats, a golden retriever and various fish. I am also a student (majoring in addiction counseling) and hope to have my master's before I am ready to retire! I love gardening, travel, snorkeling/scuba, reading and cooking.
