I am a 40 year old retired correction officer for the state of Ohio. I did that for 10 years. That was probably the worst career choice. I always knew I was different than others, but didn't get diagnosed bipolar until 2002. Later I got diagnosed with Post traumatic stress disorder, which I think is a bigger burden than my bipolar. It's just so controlling. I have a loving 16 year old son who is studying collision repair at a vocational school. He's a Junior. He is the only man in my life right now. I have never been married.I came close twice but it didn't work out. I Hope to some day.
