I have checked for all kinds of diseases and ailments and still the diagnosis is fibro. Ok, fine now to deal with it. I have put on my big girl panties and dealling. Some days are good most are crappy. I am ready to go way into the swamps of Louisianna to vind an old witch/voodoo doctor for relief lol. Cold weather and of course over doing it are my main causes for pain. I take Lyrica and it helps alot. I also take Effexor which helps keep me calm and clear headed.
