I miss my old life when I was a pretty good runner and an educator. I was known as Captain Chemistry because I taught high school science. I was HS principal when I became ill. I am married and have 2 boys who keep life exciting because they are 12 and 15 years of age. My two dogs are purebred whippets and they are couch potatoes when i am. I exercise every day, eat really well, and keep a consistent sleep schedule.
