- been bipolar 22 years, a prisoner in my home for at least the last 15 yrs.I have panic and anxiety disorder also.I take 21 total pills per day. don't know if i'm coming or going some days..I do not have a life, and do not do much in the house either as it is a big struggle for me to.Some nights I sleep,some I do not, then some I'll sleep for days. I have 2 horses, my life savers, I go them alot when I down, they listen..or I'll take off and ride and talk to them.
