About Me
I am slowly going downhill, but I've been working hard to get myself back together physically. I was diagnosed with MS (multiple sclerosis) in 1989, and the disease has gotten pretty bad in the past five years. I almost quit walking because of weakness, and I put on an extra 40 pounds. Now I'm exercising as much as possible and losing weight, again! This past December, after a three-year wait, I was matched with Montana. He is a big (87 pounds), sturdy, loveable black Lab. Montana has changed my life! He does so many things to help me, and he makes me laugh.
