About Me: I am receiving disability for the following three conditions: depression, borderline personality disorder, and PTSD. I finally decided to get the help I needed and started going to the community mental health center. I've been put on five different medications- Effexor XR, Abilify, Buproprion XR, Trazodone,and Lamictal. These medications in combination with the DBT therapy I started in April 2009 have made a big difference in my mood and other self-harming behaviors. I also have the support of a therapist that goes over the diary cards I fill out every week in conjunction my DBT therapy. More…
