About Me: I used to run daily. I started to trip and eventually fall. One night I fell and cut my head and broke a tooth. That was my BIG sign that something was very wrong. It has been a true journey ever since. My major complaint other than balance has been headaches. They were debilitating lasting for 4 days at a time at least 2x a month. I have a great job, a terrific relationship (19 yrs) and 3 beautiful cats : ) In general, I can't complain too much : )
