Hello, I am an active 72 year young lady, whom started having a lot of trembling in my left arm and leg, about 3 years ago, and getting a bit worse. I am on a medication called Sinemet 25 strong, the lowest dose available, but am going to double that dose soon. Been on this one pill for about 3 weeks, and do not see that much diffference. I find that when I am nervous I tremble so much more, do not like to mix, but do. Feel I have to do my best living with this disease, and need good friends and their outlook and story. I live by myself and still drive and keep active. Jenny
