I have been most fortunate to be a slow progressor in my journey with PD. It certainly gives one a different focus on the life and times we live through. From disbelief to public silence to letting all know has taken me many years. "The Shakes" as my b-i-l says the medical professions call PD, is not necessarily fun. I am fortunate to have a loving, caring partner in life. We live, love and laugh together.
