The Lord has blessed me with a wonderful wife, 4 "kids", 8 grand-kids...all praying for me. I pray for...& am connected to...our"Patientslikemed " family...as we share information & experiences in our battle to defeat parkinson's disease. Treadmill at 3.2 MPH for 40 minutes(3 times per week) works good for me. I do Isometric exercises. Tiredness or anxiety or stress or over-exercise bring on right wrist tremors. I do daily mental and memory exercises. I am working on my posture, walk, and hand tremor while walking.
