I am a 49 year old male, diagnosed with PD in 1999. My father had PD and eventually required constant care in a nursing home until he passed away at the age 0f 60. I have 4 children, and 3 grandsons, Kaden, Kolter & Bryce. I recently had DBS surgery to alleviate my symptoms, some of my symptoms return until I get "re-programmed" each time, but I realize it will take several months to get the correct setting on my stimulator. Any advise concerning the "reprogramming" phase would be helpful. I am a pharmacist and work part-time for now until I am stronger.
