52,male living on the east cost of Canada, self employed architect, married w/ 2children (teens). Finding it important to exercise 1 1/2 - 2 houirs a day - if done regularly can for the most part eliminate symptoms and reduce medications. I discovered in the last year that i have been suffering from depression, probably for some time... at least a few years before diagnosis. I feel exercise has helped with this, however i am also being treated with medication for this as well. I live in an area where we dont have a neuro psychiatrist, would be interested in knowing if nayone else w PD has seen
