My name is Sarah Witt, I have a great husband and two nutty but adorable kids. In my previous life, I was a marathon runner, swimmer, and yoga enthusiast. Now, I give it all i've got in water physical therapy. My current diagnosis is unspecified motor neuron disease. My upper motor neurons are primarily affected at this time, and I have bulbar involvment. I can no longer speak and rely on voice synthesis software to communicate.
